We propose a debate on the role of Europe in the world and European Imperialism, undertaken by different networks and groups that work on different issues but which are all linked with each other – such as EU trade policy, EU security and border policies, EU migration policies, EU militarization policies etc. We would like to do this debate also with at least one representative from each of the three big regions in the Global South – Latin America, Africa and Asia – to also hear their views and voices on the role of the EU in their regions. This debate should help to better see the linkages between the different issues and also explore how groups working on specific themes could start working more jointly together, building new alliances and to stop European Imperialism and to “Globalize social, labor and environmental rights”!
