Sustainable development, role of basic and applied research
Science is subjected to a louder and louder context: environmental and social challenges for humanity, pressures on academic research and researchers. Scientific policy is a question so important that it can not be left in the hands of politicians : scientists and citizens must take the floor. Information on the initiative on “Sciences and democracy” in Belem, at the eve of the FSM will be given.
