Developing the reflexion on a regulatory framework for public services in Europe
Whereas EU Treaties have been used as a legal basis to liberalise public services, which European regulatory framework do we want to enable everywhere in Europe the provision of public services guaranteeing the access for each inhabitant to quality public services, the development of social and territorial solidarity, the long-term promotion of the respect of the environment and of solidarity?
