Stalls

Organisations can publicise themselves and their work, by registering for a stall at the ESF. Wherever possible, the stalls will be organised around issues, so that for example, all feminist organisations can have their stalls in the same area. This will hopefully facilitate informal networking between organisations with similar interests and make it easier for the ESF-participants to find information on a specific issue or organisation of interest to them.

Each organisation can only get one stall due to limited space. The stalls are divided into categories according to size and type.

How to apply

Applications will be accepted from 1st of May in the following different ways (choose ONE ALTERNATIVE)

• Download the paper form here and

Payment

The payment should be made at the latest 20 days after the request/booking. If the payment is not received after 20 days the request/booking will be removed.

The payment should be paid to the ESF account (write the name of the organization and "booking of book stall/stall").

When online payment is available you can also pay directly with a credit card if you use the online form for registering a stall.

Confirmation

When we received the payment ESF Norden 2008 will confirm the booking straight to the contact address/contact person in the form.

Fees (Organizations from Sweden, Denmark and Norway should pay the fee in Swedish crowns, SEK)
